Most lifters believe they have their training down pat. This could not further from the truth. I will teach out the fundamentals of training methodology, programming, systems to manage fatigue. Training program will be updated on a weekly basis based off how you are progressing from Week to Week. I have over 3 years of experience with PED’s, and I have been taking over the counter sport supplements for over 10 years. I am now able to differentiate between which supplements are effective and not. Everyone has different goals and unique genetics. Therefore, a supplement/PED protocol should be tailor made to the individual based off their previous health history, goals, and finances. I will be able to help you interpret you blood work so we can adjust lifestyle factors and supplementation protocols to improve your internal health.
